Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal! Only Bangladeshi customers will be able to purchase a return shipping label but the returns portal is open to all customers.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Fashion Nova gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly, use the prepaid return label option in our Returns Portal below!

We process personal data you have provided to us, personal data generated during your visit to our exhibitions and/or our website and when reading newsletters and emails sent by us to visitors of our exhibitions. We correspondingly determine what information and channels are relevant and what the best times to provide information or to establish contact are. We do not process any special personal data or confidential information for marketing campaigns. We will need to ask your prior permission if we want to create a personal, individual profile. Improving our non-commercial fashion campaign :

Express ourselves on public social media platforms. We only use your photo on social media platforms with your permissions, which may be revoked at any time. Nor is Fashion for Good responsible for the privacy policy and the use of cookies on those websites and social media platforms;
